A deposit of $250 is required, for Christmas week, refundable only if trails are closed.

A deposit of $100 is required for stays less than a week.
In case of cancellation, your deposit will be refunded only if the unit is rented.
Sorry , we do not accept credit cards, pets,
large groups, motorcycles, jet-skis or waverunners.
We are a non-smoking resort. Smoking is permitted outside and on the screened porches only.
You are fully responsible for the condition of your unit upon departure
Visitor Policy: Our resort facilities are designed for the enjoyment of our registered guests.
Occasional visitors are welcome, but for a period of three hours or less.
